A true spiritual path balances and encompasses both wisdom and a good heart. When we embody these qualities, we discover not only inner liberation but the profound meaning of our lives. This union sits at the heart of Tibetan Buddhist practice. Because the fundamental nature of the mind is already pristine, we are all capable of experiencing the richness of an awakened life—one no longer fueled by ingrained mental patterns but supported by awareness, insight, and an open heart.
Anam Thubten and Orgyen Chowang Rinpoche will offer dharma talks and meditation practices to evoke our own pristine mind and awakened heart.
Daily Schedule and Preparation
The retreat will be held from 10 am to 12:30 pm and 2:30pm to 5:00 pm (Pacific time) each day. Out of respect for the teachings and the teachers, please plan to participate in all sessions. This retreat will not be recorded.
Karma Yoga
This retreat would not be possible without the altruistic action of volunteers who organize and uplift the retreat space for everyone attending. We will send information about Karma Yoga as part of your registration confirmation.
Dana
There will be a chance to offer dana, a financial gift in gratitude to the teachers, at the end of the retreat.
